Dinner - Alfredo rutabaga, sauteed spinach and mushrooms
to do- grocery shopping, prep clafouti, thaw pumpkin
Tuesday
Breakfast - banana clafouti
Lunch - Pumpkin Risotto
Snack - honey nut butter popcorn
Dinner - Chili Marinated Flank Steak, roasted butternut squash with chili, lime and cumin
to do - marinate flank steak, thaw pancakes
Wednesday
Breakfast - Frozen sourdough pancakes, kefir
Lunch - chicken salad on triscuits, fruit
Snack - Peanut Butter and Jelly milk shake
Dinner - Spiced Lamb Stew with dried apricots, salad with maple dressing
to do - thaw sausage, soak biscuits
Thursday
Breakfast - sausage biscuits
Lunch - roast eggplant and leftovers
Snack - cranberry walnut kefir smoothies
Dinner - Apple Sage Chicken, leftover salad
to do- soak oatmeal
Friday
Breakfast - soaked oatmeal with raisins and apples
Lunch - rice and beans, steamed okra
Snack - Sugarplums
Dinner - Scalloped Oysters, field peas
My parents are coming in this weekend, but I'm not sure when, so I'm playing it by ear this weekend and next week for meals.
