Have you met $5 Dinner Mom?

This awesome lady, Erin Chase, even her name is great!, posts recipes on her blog and in her new cookbook that are $5 or less for a family of four. In our house family of four works out to dinner for two plus luch for hubby. I've been reading her blog for about a year and have used several of her recipes and always with good results. I plan on going to meet her at her book signing when she's in San Antonio. It would be great if we could go together!
